CyberInnoShield INT, LLC is the data controller for your FamilyBask account data.

Data we hold: account data (email, sign-in method), access and usage counters (requests, allowances) and the support messages you send us. Family details, food photos and conversations stay on your device unless you enable saving.

We process account data to provide the service (contract), to prevent abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest) and to meet legal obligations.

We share data with hosting and database providers, with the AI service that processes your analysis requests, and with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing. Authorities may receive data where the law requires it.

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account. Food photos and family details are never stored in usage tables.

You can export or delete your data from My account at any time. Depending on your country, you may also have rights of access, correction, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority.

FamilyBask uses essential browser storage only (sign-in and your settings). No advertising or tracking cookies.
