FamilyBask helps you organize food, plan meals and check your grocery budget. It does not guarantee savings.

FamilyBask is published by CyberInnoShield INT, LLC (the seller). By using the service you enter into a contract with the seller and accept these terms.

You must be an adult, or have the authority to accept these terms for your household.

Prices are the ones you enter. Missing prices must be confirmed, and a basket over your budget is never approved. Always check quantities, prices, taxes and product labels before shopping or cooking.

One accompaniment includes a complete menu, recipes, alternatives and a shopping list. Reading, local swaps and budget checks do not use another accompaniment.

30 requests per account per UTC day, one at a time; up to three attempts per menu chunk in 24 hours. Reading and local edits use no requests.

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringement of others' rights, no malware, probing or scraping, and no attempts to bypass technical limits.

The service, its software, documentation and branding remain the property of CyberInnoShield INT, LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

The service is provided as is, without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Menus and analyses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; always check ingredients, quantities, prices and labels yourself.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics follow Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

We may suspend or end access in case of material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious violations.

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's registered office (CyberInnoShield INT, LLC), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
